Roger Wiegley spent 17 years at major law firms (Sullivan & Cromwell; Sidley & Austin; and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) practicing corporate and securities law.  He also spent 12 years in senior in-house legal positions (CSFB, a major European insurance company, and an AMEX-listed energy and power company). In addition to several years in New York, Roger has also lived and worked in California, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and London. His in-depth experience includes a very wide spectrum of corporate transactions and regulatory matters. His clients have ranged from global financial institutions to small start-ups. Roger is the

founder of The Corporation Secretary (www.thecorpsec.com), an on-line service established to assist small companies with corporate governance. Roger earned his J.D., magna cum laude, at the University of Wisconsin (Order of the Coif, Law Review) and a B.A. at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is admitted to practice in New York, California, District of Columbia, Wisconsin and Hawaii.
